    Refrigerator switches to the standby mode when the voltage supply falls below 170 volts.

    Your machine is not draining water

    • The drain hose is obstructed or bent.
    • The pump filter is obstructed.
    • The clothes are not placed inside the machine in a well-balanced manner.
    • Check the drain hose.

    • Spread the clothes inside the machine in an orderly and well-balanced manner.

    Your machine is vibrating

    • The feet of your machine are not adjusted.
    • Transportation screws are not removed.
    • There is a small amount of clothes in the device.
    • Excessive amount of clothes are filled in the machine or the clothes are not placed in a well-balanced manner.
    • Your machine touches a ripid object.
    • Adjust the feet.
    • Remove transportation screws.
    • It does not prevent operation of the machine.
    • Do not exceed the recommended quantity of clothes and spread your clothes in the machine in a well-balanced manner.
    • Prevent your machine's leaning on a tough place.

    Excessive foam in the detergent drawer

    •  Too much detergent has been used.
    • Wrong detergent has been used.
    • Press the start/pause button.In order to stop the foam, dilute one table-spoon of softener in half liter of water and pour it in the detergent drawer.Press the start/pause button after 5-10 minutes.Arrange the amount of the detergent properly in the next washing process.
    • Use only the detergents produced for full automatic machines.

    The washing result is bad

    • Your laundry too dirty for the program you have selected.
    • The amount of detergent used is not sufficient.

    • Select a suitable program.
    • Use more detergent according to the detergent.

    The washing result is not good
    • Clothes exceeding the maximum capacity have been filled in your machine.
    • Your water may be hard.
    • Distribution of the clothes in your machine is not well-balanced.
    • Put the clothes in your machine in a manner not to exceed its maximum capacity.
    • Use the amount of detergent according to the declaration of the detergent producer.
    • Spread the clothes inside the machine in an orderly and well-balanced manner .

    The water is drained from the machine as soon as it is filled
    • The end of the water drain hose is in a position too low according to the machine.
    • Place the water drain hose in an appropriate height.

    No water is seen in the drum during washing.
    • No failure. The water is at the lower part of the drum.

    There are residues of detergent on the clothes
    • The pieces of some detergents which do not dissolve in water may stick to your clothes as white stains.
    • By calibrating your machine for "Rinsing" program,make an additional rinsing or eliminate the stains After drying with the help of a brush.

    There are gray stains on the clothes
    • These stains may be caused by oil,cream or ointment .
    • In the next washing operation, use the maximum detergent amount declared by the detergent producer.

    The spining process is not done or  starts with delay .
    • No failure. The unbalanced load control may works in that way.

    • The unbalanced load control system will try to distribute your clothes in a homogenous manner. After your clothes are distributed, passage to spining process will be realized.In the next washing process,place your clothes into the machine in a well-balanced manner.

    Err 01
    • The 1 and 2 number light blinks.
    • Shut the door properly so that you hear the click. If the problem persists, turn off the machine unplug and apply to the nearest authorized service immediately.

    Err 02
    • The 1 and 3 number light blinks.
    • Turn on the tap to the end.Water may be cut, check it.If the problem is still continuing,your machine will automatically stop after a while.Unplug your machine, turn off the tap and apply to the nearest authorized service.

    Err 03
    • The 1 and 4 number light blinks.
    • Clean the pump filter.If the problem persists,apply to the nearest authorized service.

    Err 04
    • The 2 and 3 number light blinks.
    • Your machine will automatically drain the water. After your machine has completed the draining process,shut down your machine and unplug. Close the tap and apply to the nearest authorized service.

    Err 05
    • The 2 and 4 number light blinks.
    • Shut down your machine and unplug. Turn off your tap and apply to the nearest authorized service.

    Err 06
    • The 3 and 4 number light blinks.
    Shut down your machine and unplug. Turn off the tap and apply to the nearest authorized service.

    Err 07
    The 1,2 and 3 number light blinks.
    • Shut down your machine and unplug. Turn off the tap and apply to the nearest authorized service.

    • The start/pause light,program ready light and program end light blink.
    • Shut down your machine and unplug. Turn off the tap and apply to the nearest authorized service.

    Err 09
    • The program ready light and program end light stays on permanently.

    Leaking water
    • Door gasket is damaged.

    • Fill hoses or drain hose is improperly connected.
    • Household drain may be clogged.
    • Dispenser clogged.
    • Check to see if gasket is seated and not torn. Objects left in pockets may cause damage to the washer (nails, screws, pens, pencils).
    • Water may drip from the door when the door is opened. This is a normal operation.
    • If this is wet, you may have overusing condition. Use less detergent.
    • Make sure hose connections are tight at washer and faucets and make sure end of drain hose is correctly inserted in and secured to drain facility.
    • Check household plumping. You may need to call a plumber.
    • Powder soap may cause clogs inside the dispenser and cause water to leak out the front of the dispenser. Remove dispenser and clear is needed.

    Not draining

    Bad order inside your washer

    • Run a BasketClean cycle.
    • In the case of strong odor, you may need to run the BasketClean cycle more than once.
    • Use only the amount of detergent recommended on the detergent container.
    • Use only HE (High-efficiency) detergent.
    • Always remove wet items from the washer promptly after machine stops running.
    • Leave the door slightly open for the water to air dry. Close super vision is necessary if this appliance is used by or near children. Do not allow children to play on, with or inside this or any other appliance.

    Not spinning
    • Washer unused for a long time, not using recommended quality of HE or used too much detergent.

    • Automatic load redistribution.
    • Straighten drain hose and make sure washer is not sitting on it.
    • Check household plumbing. You may need to call a plumper.
    • Ensure there is an air gap between hose and drain.
    • Have your pump filter cleaned.
    • Clean pump filter if washer is equipped with access door.
    • Timer adds 3 minutes to cycle; machine has redistributed the load once or twice. This is normal operation. Do nothing; the machine will finish the wash cycle.

    Loud or unusual noise; vibration or shaking
    • Cabinet moving.
    • All rubber leveling legs are not firmly touching the floor.
    • Unbalanced load.
    • Washer is designed to move ¼ “to reduce forces transmitted to the floor. This movement is normal.
    • Push and pull on the back right and then back left of your washer to check if it is level. If the washer is uneven, adjust the rubber leveling legs so they are all firmly touching the floor and locked in place. Your installer should correct this problem.
    • Open door and manually redistribute load. To check machine, run rinse and spin with no load. If the normal, unbalance was caused by load.

    Clothes too weta
    • Drain hose is kinked or improperly connected.
    • Household drain may be clogged.
    • Drain hose siphoning; drain hose pushed too far down the drain.
    • Washer pump filter may be clogged.
    • Load is out of balance.
    • Straighten drain hose and make sure washer is not sitting on it.
    • Check household plumbing. You may need to call a plumper.
    • Ensure there is an air gap between hose and drain.
    • Clean pump filter if washer is equipped with access door.
    • Redistribute clothes and run drain & spin or rinse and spin.

    No power / washer not working or dead
    • Drain hose is kinked or improperly connected.
    • Household drain may be clogged.

    • Washer pump filter may be clogged.
    • Washer is unplugged.
    • Water supply is turned off.
    • Circuit breaker / fuse are tripped / blown.
    • Controls are not set properly.
    • Automatic self system checks.
    • Straighten drain hose and make sure washer is not sitting on it.
    • Check household plumbing. You may need to call a plumper.
    • Ensure there is an air gap between hose and drain.
    • Have your pump filter cleaned.
    • Clean pump filter if washer is equipped with access door.
    • Make sure cord is plugged securely into a working outlet.
    • Turn both hot (if hot water supply applies) and cold faucets fully on.
    • Check house circuit breakers / fuses. Replace fuses or reset breaker. Washer should have separate outlet.
    • Hold START/PAUSE button to start cycle.
    • First time the washer is plugged in, automatic checks occur. It may take up to 20 seconds before you can use your washer. This is normal operation.

    Water does not enter washer or enters slowly
    • Automatic self system checks.
    • Water supply is turned off.
    • Water valve screens are stopped up.
    • After START is pressed, the washer does several system checks. Water will flow several seconds after START is pressed.
    • Turn on both hot (if hot water supply applies) and cold faucets fully.
    • Turn off the water source and remove the water connection hoses from the upper back of the washer. Use a brush or toothpick to clean the screens in the machine. Reconnect the hoses and turn the water back on.


    Snags, holes, tears, rips or excessive wear
    • Pens, pencils, nails, screws or other objects left in pockets
    • Pins, snaps, hooks, sharp, buttons, belt buckles, zippers and sharp objects left in pockets.
    • Remove loose items from pockets.
    • Fasten snaps, hooks, buttons and zippers.

    Wrinkling
    • Improper sorting.
    • Overloading.
    • Incorrect wash cycle.
    • Repeated washing in water that is too hot.
    • Avoid mixing heavy items (like work clothes) light items (like blouses).
    • Load your washer so clothes have enough room to move freely.
    • Match cycle selection to the type of fabric you are washing (especially for easy care loads).
    • Wash in warm or cold water.

    Grayed or yellowed clothes
    • Not enough detergent.
    • Not using HE (high efficiency) detergent.
    • Hard water.
    • Water is not hot enough.
    • Detergent is not dissolving.
    • Dye transfer.
    • Use correct amount of detergent.
    • Use HE detergent.
    • Use hottest water safe for fabric.
    • Use a water conditioner like Calgon brand or install a water softener.
    • Make sure water heater is delivering water at 120-140F, if with hot water supply mode on.
    • Try a liquid detergent.
    • Sort clothes by color. If fabric label states wash separately, unstable dyes may be indicated.

    Colored spots
    • Incorrect use of fabric softener.
    • Dye transfer.
    • Check fabric softener package for instructions and follow directions for using dispenser.
    • Soft whites or lightly colored items from dark colors.
    • Promptly remove wash load from washer.

    Water temperature is incorrect
    • Water supply is improperly connected.
    • House water heater is not set properly.

    • Make sure hoses are connected to correct faucets.
    • Make sure water heater is delivering water at 120-140F, if with hot water supply mode on.

    Slight variation in metallic color
    • This is normal.
    • Due to the metallic properties of paint used for this unique product, slight variations of color may occur due to viewing angles and lighting conditions.

  • Top Loading Washing Machine

    • The power plug is not plugged tight.
    • The power switch is not switched on.

    Water inlet hose leakage
    • Have not correctly connected the tap with universal connector.
    • Have not screwed the nut of the water inlet hose tightly.
    • Re-install rightly the universal connector.
    • Screw the nut tightly.

    Does not drain
    • The drain hose is not laid down or laid too high.
    • The drain hose is twisted or jammed.
    • Lay the drain hose properly as per lower drain hose or upper drain hose.
    • Smooth the drain hose.

    Does not inject water
    • Water supply stop.
    • Have not turned on the tap.
    • The water inlet mesh is blocked.
    • Wait for water supply.
    • Open the tap.
    • Clean the mesh according to the method of “Cleaning of the water inlet”.

    Spin stops and water inject begins in the course of spinning
    • The wash material is uneven.
    • This is automatic rectification for spinning during washing program. That washing materials are too much or too little, or that the washing machine is not places uneven will cause unbalance in time of spinning.

    Does not spin
    • Open the lid in course of spinning.
    • Close the upper lid.

    Intermittent spinning
    • In order to attain the better spinning effect.
    • Belong to normal phenomenon.

    Before using the machine, water exists in the drain hose.
    • Remaining water due to test or experiment in the factory.
    • Belong to normal phenomenon.
