  1. This warranty is issued by Universal group the sole universal products in Egypt.

2. Warrants its products to be free from harmful defects caused by faulty materials or poor workmanship.

3. This warranty starts from date of installation / worked from universal service Team.

4. This warranty is valid for a limited as indicated in the warranty periods table in Warranty Certificate (attached inside the set) as following:

  5. Warranty will be invalid in case of the details of the set (model no., serial no., or warranty seal) has been removed, damaged, changed from warranty card of the set.

6. Universal's liability is limited to replacing, repairing or issuing credit, if any products that are opening by the customer or any unauthorized service center during the warranty period.

7. Warranty is not covering the damage which due to misuses , transportation, accident, natural disaster, incorrect using of the electricity or any operation other than what has been mentioned in the operating manual of the set.

8. Universal makes no warranty that its products are fit for the use or purpose to which they may be put by the buyer, whether or not such use or purpose has been disclosed to Universal in specifications or subsequently provided, or whether or not Universal's products are specifically designed and/or manufactured for buyer's use or purpose.

9. The warranty is not valid if set used for commercial purposes or in commercial premises.
